Vetropark Čibuk 1 je kontinentalni vetropark u rangu velikih energetskih projekata uključenih u energetski sistem Srbije. Projekat je svečano otvoren u oktobru 2019. godine. Sa 158 megavata (MW) kapaciteta, vetropark Čibuk 1 je najveći komercijalni energetski projekat u domenu vetroenergije u Srbiji i na zapadnom Balkanu.

Naša glavna briga tokom izgradnje vetroparka Čibuk 1 je da se držimo zakona i regulacionih pravila koji su na snazi u Srbiji, i da poštujemo najviše standarde u zaštiti životne sredine. Da bi postigli ovaj cilj, investitori su angažovali najveće međunarodne i lokalne eksperte na polju ekologije.

Kao deo Plana podrške društvenim inicijativama (SIP) i Društvene odgovornosti, WEBG je godinama podržavala aktivnosti u okviru malih projekata, poput popravke infrastrukture, unapređenja obrazovnih i sportskih programa, programa podrške ranjivim grupama (starije stanovništvo, osobe sa posebnim potrebama, mladi i deca), aktivnosti na očuvanju životne sredine, lokalne tradicije i običaja, promocije evropskih vrednosti, poštovanja zakona, transparentnosti i borbe protiv diskriminacije. Većina projekata bila je realizovana preko mesnih zajednica Mramorak, Dolovo, Vladimirovac i Bavanište.

Rade Roganovic - General Manager – Director

Rade Roganovic joined the team back in 2016, where he assumed the position of Engineering and Contract Manager. Before this he had several years of experience working for both domestic and international companies in energy sector, including EPS (Elektroprivreda Srbije). In 2019 Rade joined General Electric as part of Onshore Wind Services, taking initially position of Field Operations Manager for East Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa, and later in 2021 position of Customer Relationship manager for the same region. In 2022 Rade returned and took on the position of General Manager. He graduated from the Faculty of Technical Science in Novi Sad and holds a Master degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Vladimir Milanović - Finance Director

Vladimir Milanović joined the team as a Finance Director in September 2017, with his comperehensive experience in finance in the construction industry he oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, financial model, tax and treasury.

Vladimir graduated from the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade and holds two Master’s degrees, one in Economics, University of Belgrade and second in International Management & Finance, HEC Paris.

Jovana Stevanović – Accountant

Jovana joined the Project back in 2009 as an Accountant responsible for financial adiminstration, cooperation and communication with financial authorities.She maintains financial records, process incomes, expenditures, daily banking and bankstatement reconciliation. With her detail oriented skills she ensures that financial approvals and payments are processed in timely fashion. Jovana obtained accountant certification in 2017.

Ivana Gažo – Asset Manager

Ivana Gažo is our Asset Manager responsible for operational management, coordination of administrative activities and application of company’s procedures. Since she joined the project in 2015, Ivana participated in all the project phases from development, through execution to operation of the wind farm. Ivana focuses on optimization process, local community relationships, environmental, health and safety management.

She attended Faculty of Philology in Belgrade and currently studying for a master’s degree in economics.

Miloš Novaković, Slavimir Nikolić, Vladimir Živanović, Vladimir Glumac, Branko Miletić, Predrag Nikolić – Plant Operators

Joined the WEBG team in July 2018 as Plant Operators responsible for supervison, control and maintenance of the plant. With their knowledge and previous experience, our Operators are overseeing plant operations and ensure that the plant is running smoothly. They are also responsible for repairs, trobleshooting and safety adherence.
