Vetroelektrane Balkana (WEBG) is wholly owned by Tesla Wind, a joint venture between Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company - Masdar (60%), Finnish energy infrastructure developer Taaleri Energia (30%), and DEG, the investment arm of KfW, German government development bank (10%).
Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company) is a global leader in renewable energy and sustainable urban development. Masdar was established in 2006 and develops both utility-scale and off-grid renewable energy projects. Masdar is active in more than 25 countries worldwide and it is an investor in renewable energy projects with a combined value of US$12.5 billion. The capacity of the renewable energy projects in which Masdar is an investor is around 4gigawatts (GW).

Taaleri Energia
Taaleri Energia is part of the Taaleri Group, which is listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange. Taaleri Group had EUR 6.0 billion of assets under management at the end of June 2018. Taaleri Energia is currently investing its fourth renewable energy infrastructure fund, the SolarWind I fund, and, through its three previous Wind funds, is the largest private equity owner-operator in the Finnish wind market.
